Shipping policy
The customers kindly note that order processing time is separate from shipping order timeline.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
marKey will proactively inform their customers regarding any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Markey offers free shipping over order above $99.00 ONLY Australia wide.
We have listed multiple shipping options, with carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table. It is important to note that marKey doesn't offer in store pickup.

If you are ordering from regional/Remote areas of Australia, final freight fees may need to be calculated and confirmation sent to you for payment prior to shipping. We also reserve the right not to send to PO boxes and Parcel lockers.

How do I check if my order has been shipped ?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at inquiries@markey.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Delivery point information
You agree to provide all relevant details regarding access to the delivery point such as whether there are stairs, elevators, steep driveway and you acknowledge that we will not be held responsible if those details are incomplete or inaccurate.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at inquiries@markey.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
